  • That's a cool model! So many little details! Depending on what you're building, modeling can be an expensive hobby but its very rewarding. On a side note, i cant help but find the comment bellow mine rather amusing....oh the subtle difference between a British and an Australian accent... xD

  • Yea!!^^ A britsh!

  • cool

  • Very Cool!

  • If you were going for a full strip down, I'd say check out some of my 1701 vids from last year. I had to do a lot of internal work to get them stable. Being so close to done, you don't wanna do a full rebuild though.

  • Fo simple tough ups, it sounds like you've got it covered. To fill a seam that keeps cracking, you really got get inside and glue a styrene sheet to the backside. But a thin bead of superglue with a dusting of baking soda would patch it up nicely. Resurfacing that rea without damaging tha tdecal is going to be tough! maybe some liquid mask rather than tape to help protect those decals...

This video is still compressed and somewhat blurry so I can't comment too much.
