What programme was this from? Looks like a documentary.
Obviously, we still have the unmistakable voice of Kent Walton.

@AltamontKiller There was a far higher standard of solid wrestling found now only in some Indy Promotions. If though the result was pre determined it was always compelling viewing

@AltamontKiller I only said sorry because some people don't want knowledge, though if you enjoy it, then I was glad to provide it :)
I found an excellent film called 'The Story of Pro-Wrestling' uploaded by 'TheWrestlingLibrary' it's 10 parts long but seriously worth watching if you want to know more :)

sorry for what? knowledge
@AltamontKiller As for 'was it real back then' It's been worked (i.e. fixes/ 'not real') since about the late 1800's or so when promotors realised there was more money to be made from showing longer bouts, and having matches end with less broken bones or legit knockouts. But fixed fighting goes back to the Romans, so it's not an original idea in wrestling even so.
Wierdly enough, there were far LESS deaths in wrestling back when it was 'real' then there is today.
Sorry for the history leason :)
