@osgood54 of course college doesn't translate to the pros....look at vince young right now. he was amazing at UT (i'm from houston so I loved him at the time) but grew into a bum. Everyone was looking for the next michael vick back then instead of going with safe pocket passing QBs because they all thought a running QB was like the way of the future...and look how that turned out

The Big Ten network had a program of the Greatest quarterbacks of the 80s in the Big Ten. Illinois had 3 in the top ten and believe it or not they rated Chuck Long of Iowa the best. My pick would be Tony Eason of Illinois and maybe George second. Guess College success doesn't translate to pro football success.
