Look at 1' 06". In what way has that been 'worked'. Do you think people who go for world records do them in the worst conditions? All requirements were met by the adjudicators.

You don’t set up world record attempts under the worst conditions, but under optimal conditions. All requirements to qualify for the attempt and title were fully adhered to.
