  • The biggest bass I have ever seen in my life is the one in the tank at the Basspro near Branson, MO. It's gotta be almost 20lbs! I was wondering how long they'd keep me in jail if I took a combo and some fluorocarbon off the shelves and pitched a Yum Dinger in there... I bet it'd almost be worth it.

  • Do it.

  • nice fish i just got a 5ib 17ish bass woot

  • Awesome!

    Where were you fishing?

  • nah 12 lb test will do ya good... utilize the drag :P this looks like bass pro, am i right?

  • Not Bass Pro. The video was shot at Texas Parks & Wildlife in Athens, Texas. Very cool place to check out.

As for line. Ummm, 12 lb is good but it really depends where you're at. If you're on Lake Fork with all the stumps chances are you'll never get a fish that size out of the water. I'm throwing 17 lb test most of the time. But yesterday I caught a 6 lb fish on 10 lb line.
