nah, Stone Cold took it from Mikey Whipwreck in ECW.

DDP used the diamond cutter, which involved the attacker also dropping to thier back, wheras the stunner ( and Mikey's pre-stone cold version, "The Whippersnapper" ) involve the attacker dropping to thier arse instead.
