Some of them have a bad ending because the program I use right now is kind of weird.

Excellent! But here's some constructive advice though... whenever the original footage comes up short but the music is still going, that's a golden opportunity for you to take some additional clips from the show and add them into the final product. In that regard, if you wish to give this one another try, I'd suggest some of the more recent action scenes from the replicator battles or even some of the hilarious scenes between Sheppard and Larin (from the "Travelers" episode).
