Graham and I worked on this project for a month and in the process of researching the family tree, we discovered 280 people in our family tree. The oldest is back to 1747 and the newest in December 2010. He did a great job and we had a lot of fun.
Great presentation of your work, Graham! Keep up the research, and I believe that with your perseverance, as more and more records open up and new technology develops, you will eventually be able research your birth family, as well as more of your adoptive family. A+!
And don't forget to document your sources! Like too many researchers, I thought I would remember where I found everything. Now it's rather hard to retrace all my steps; it would have been much easier had I done it at the time.
