OK TO DO THIS you have to have curtain things happen one a friend needs to be in the party when it is open when they get kicked or they turn off there console there gamercard will stay acitive and not update for a few mins so it should say join party on there gamercard so click it and it will take you into the party they were in or any over partys they were in i got in by doing this it works !

its because he went offline so his status freezes untill xbox live friend list updates and puts him offline its a stupid glitch

ya this isnt a glitch xbox updates online status every 1 and a half minute keeping records from the last thing he did from a party or a chat thats why if someone sends u a party invite then leaves that party id code is still active if there are people in it if not then it will say cant join

its not a glitch if the party is not set on invite only u could have joined any ways its just the server waiting to load up a persons account that just got offline NO GLITCH
