I loved Phillip and Harley together too...Grant and Beth had such great chemistry, as they showed here lol

I loved Phillip & Harley together. She was the best one out the Wives. She wasn't a liar, co-dependent, money hungry, and she did "love" him.

Yes...if you notice after this storyline ended, over the years they barly shared screen time together. Rumored because of the affair/ending of the affair. More likely because of the renewed commitment to his wife and to his faith.

you see how Robert Newman barely congradulated Grant, but reached out to Beth...it was rumored they had an affair at one time....hummm...just pointing this out.

It just proves a point that Guiding Light has the best daytime cast because AMC keep stealing people from Guiding light.
Guiding light, make there own talent, AMC takes other people talent.
AMC sucks then and it still sucks now, the writing became so bad to I dont even watch it any more, I turn to Days of our lives and keep it there.
