I put off watching this all evening... After 2 mins, I decided to go and get a drink before continuing. In the kitchen i thought about how I was putting of doing this exercise by getting a drink and automatically started tapping "I don't want to watch that video, letting go of procrastination is really hard, it must be a really big thing with me..." I can't tell you how much I laughed at myself ! Then I laughed for 5 minutes at my belief that life was hard, that change took time, etc etc etc
