The Pequin, this is the lesson on,, never underestimate a chilli no matter how small..

Description The pequin is the smallest chilli of all, about 1/3 inch long and wide. Do not let the size fool you, though. It is hot! The pequin has a complex, smoky, citrus, nutty flavour.

hey Thanks, Pizza's with these are fantastic for some reason, prob the taste as its different to the usual.. i like these dried in a lil bowl next to dinner but now ya have given me the breakky idea (didn't think of that) these with bacon and eggs oh Yummm

when my granpa was alive he would mail us some every year always looked forward to them,even had a plant sent from a nursery in texas last year my dad trying to kill weeds somehow gave it a taste of round up still upset.

Haha my brother and I used to do this before he died, we got like any pepper we saw and ate it with each other lol it was fun but we are pussies for hot shit so it was burning like a bitch with any pepper we got

These are a perennial pepper with quite a kick. The Scoville scale says they are 7-8 times hotter than a jalapeno. I am told they are good with a bit of sugar or so that is the word from Mexico.

i have an ornamental thai thimble that is supposed to be 20000.. but its' chillis are way hotter than my habaneros and other hot ones ... the burn seems to last longer and the amount of saliva is unreal... could they have mislabelled it??
