Foods with out additives both natural like extra salt and artificial.
Non-pasteurized/non-homogenize
d dairy products Raw fruits, Vegetables,Seeds, Wholegrain, Nuts

Hi!! Just stumbled across all your stuff, starting with your make-up tutorials, and you're very interesting and I like what you do. Your videos are pretty simple to follow & I like how you're so open and honest. I'm working on losing weight too. I'm about the same weight as you are: I was 161 last summer, after which I lost 18 pounds... but then gained about 13 back. Your tips with food, diet, exercise & cooking will really come in handy.
