Eastern culinary traditions and foods are soo different from Western ones. In Europe the portions are large and hardy even in Southern Europe. Which I believe is the same in the U.S.......I'm sure the Japanese food was really good though!...I like the fact that they give little portions but alot of them...that way you get to taste everything without being full right away! :P Great video!

@kwanmatthewToT i dont think so, sea cucumber is harder than what's in the video, this thing looks different. whatever it is it has scallion on top! that im sure about lol
