They have to be fit coz its like 300 billion degrees in the car and they have to have good control and reflexes

sorry to disappoint you but I have to laugh :DDDDD xD wannabe F1 driver? do you have a lot of money? are you karting from age of 5 or 6? you run 5 miles every second day... F1 drivers can run a Marathon anytime.Believe me I have info about it.They are really strong,much stronger then they look!!! Forget it man.. You need to reborn to HAVE a chance to be an F1 driver.
