  • This is a good man with a clear understanding of what is expected of Americans. It's time to take it back from the communist supporters.

  • Actually, interestingly enough our law system demands judicial activism. Countries such as France and England have Civil Law systems where a law is created for each situation that may arise. The Unites States is set up on a common law system where judges are required to use "judicial activism" in order for our society to run. Also, judicial activism got Bush the election because there was no law granting the SC the ability to decide the election. Before you criticize, educate yourself.
