This song is for everyone who involved in that online petition to revive my YouTube account... thank you so much. I'm so moved that so many of you care for my works...
I knew I had to sing this song as soon as I heard it. I play Lynn Minmay in Hikuro's amazing Macross: DYRL Movie fandub (that's right... he dubbed the entire movie! Please watch it!) and I think Minmay has a great character arc~ I'm not very happy with the end result of my singing (but then again, I never am) but please enjoy it and know it comes from my heart :)

SINGER: Cristina Vee
SONG: Do You Remember Love?
SERIES: Macross The Movie/SDF TV
LYRICS: Sumi
RETOOL: Hikuro
VOCALS: Clips from the movie

  • Yes. Macross and Robotech forever. No one has yet licensed this movie version and the Gold Harmony should had used this one as their Robotech movie instead of Megazone 23.

  • Is this your cover of the original? I thought Mari Iijima played Lin Minmei in the English dub as well. Or are you just her singing voice?

  • Interesting. Nice job. :)

  • Where can I find the DYRL dub you mentioned?

  • did you write the English Lyric??

  • Forgot I was watching a cover. Very good job, XD.

  • @AnimeJanice Hey she deserved it

  • I LOVE this movie

  • I love your singing, and this song! Thank you for doing this!

  • nice! also robotech was a mess, if you watch the original "Super Dimension Fortress: Macrosss", there are a lot of script changes, i know they release a DVD of it where Mari Ijima made the english dub too... also about the song, i kinda figured the ending part wont match, japanesse words always ends with vowels, still it was a great version =)

  • Your awesome Vee!!
