I was vegan for 6 years and developed a severe b12 deficiency basically I began going psychotic and my tongue was VERY sore and inflamed. I had periods of missing time and I burst out crying and laughed for no reason. B12 is a VERY unpleasant thing to be deficient of not to mention the twitches (which still have not gone away completely). I began taking b12 shots and supplements and I feel a lot better mentally and no more sore tongue.

In France they are used as a diuretic and are called "piss en lit" which means "wet the bed".
Don't eat too many.

This is GREAT! Dandilions are SO plentiful and tenacious. I smile when I look at an expensive bag of 'European Salad Mix' in the store and identify a lot of 'weeds' that the average city home owner's association would fine you for, if found in your lawn. Happy to live out in the country.
You make good, informative videos. - Thank You.
