Well get up off the couch and come participate with us in the YMCA Stair Climb (http://www.YMCAStairClimb.org) on Friday, September 25, 2009 at the US Bank Tower, Downtown Los Angeles.

Climb the tallest building on the west coast and help those in need along the way.

75 floors and 1,500 steps to the top!
