As the first decade of the 21st century comes to a close, the worlds largest and most lucrative business-plan competition is held... not in the United States or in any western country, but in communist China. Beyond the 1.3 billion Chinese, the competition goes largely unnoticed in the rest of the world. But in communist China the competition, aptly named Win In China, is broadcast on national TV.

Bob Compton follows his 2 Million Minutes documentary with another thought provoking film. The challenge to the historic role of the United States in world affairs will be diluted by the economic power and competition for the world's intellectual and physical resources from China. Other emerging economies are dwarfed by the scale of the Chinese engine. This documentary is another must see.

Fascinating and eye-opening. Bob Compton continues to show us that China is not content with simply manufacturing western ideas. This film illustrates China's goal for competing worldwide as 21st century innovators and idea generators.
