This page is really quick and easy to make. I scraplifted this from the Aug/Sept 2009 issue of Scrapbooks, Etc. Magazine. Total time to complete this layout would be somewhere around 15-25 minutes.
You don't have to have a 4"x6" photo, four 2"x3" photos would work just fine.

Supplies:
4"x6" photo
12"x12" Pink Cardstock
5"x7" Coordinating Patterned Paper
11"x7" 2nd Coordinating Patterned Paper
4.5"x6.5" White Cardstock
6"x3" White Cardstock
Brown Dye Ink (Ancient Page - Chocolate)
White Pigment Ink (Stampabilities)
White Embossing Powder (Stampendous)
Foam Brush
Scotch Tape (Clear)
Scotch Permanent Adhesive
Green Sheer Ribbon (Offray)
