Ok, I found all the nirnroot and I killed him in one hit like you did, took his key but didn't find any 100 bottles of grand elixer in that cubord.. I guess it only goes with PC? Or there was an update? idk im playing it on the 360

You will get Azura's Star from the Shrine of Azura. But you must be at least level 2 to start the guest.
