I'm pressing the whole stack for an easy 15 reps. On a good day I can do about 25 to 30 reps. This is great for your deltoids, traps, triceps, and upper back.

  • is this superman phil? why would he show a video where he doesn't fully extend his arms...less a lock in the elbow and do the reps too fast?
