Bah, I could care fuckin less if he twit pic'd his junk or not.. he shouldn't have lied about it and stayed. Diaper Dave Vitter stayed, Ensign boned a campaign staffer... no one was calling for his resignation.
Congressman Weiner was a badass, matter of fact he should run again sometime in the future. Same with Spitzer for that matter, he had Wall St. shaking in their boots, he should run again.

Anthony Weiner shouldn't have lied and said his twitter account was hacked, but I don't think that he should resign because of it. Anthony Weiner should have done one of two things:
1) Stand up, and say "Yes, that's mine, now can we please move on? Seriously America, what is this, the second grade? I mean, why do any of you care?"
2) Use the picture in a political campaign for President. (I'll put my ideas for his advertisements in a new comment.)
