@sportsFANattic87 You don't need to stop perming your hair for it to grow, but if you do want healthy hair..... stretch your relaxers, which means you stretch the time intervals between your relaxers. Stretching is usually anything beyond 10 weeks, for example I am 24 weeks post relaxer, however be sure to DEEP CONDITION OFTEN because your hair is prone to breakage but will be much thicker and healthier if this is incorporated in your regimen.

@Shalayah2010 Yes it is safe on any type of hair and being relaxed or natural doesn't determine your results with any product and hair most definitely does not grow more when hair is relaxed but it is easier to see when it is straight than when it is kinky. If it is natural your growth will be more evident when you flat iron

I LOVE YOUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL! I just ordered some Hairfinity vitamins and can't wait to start using them! I am biracial; however, my hair definitely resembles African American hair. I usually perm and straighten my hair, but I REALLY want my hair to grow and was wondering if I should stop perming my hair, and just straighten my natural hair? Also, if I do stop perming my hair, is there any special maintenance process or care that I need to do?
