@mmmmmjification I agree, but they usually have to cut some things because of time constraints. I don't own the box set, but I'm guessing they have these scenes in them.

Why would they cut this out? It perfectly shows Amy's character and it makes you realize so many things about the Doctor on top of the whole exchange being pretty funny. They should have let it stay.
