even with those bumps in the road you could stable that shot with After Effects. Great stock stable shot though!!

The CruiseCam seems quite good. It would be hard to place a tripod in a moving vehicle unless you really moved your seat back, but then you would find it uncomftorble and be worrying about the safety of the camera.
