Marks Brothers, Inc. has invested in a laser cutting system designed specifically for cutting tube and pipe. We can consolidate multiple conventional fabrication steps into one continuous cutting process on one machine.

True high production capabilities are achieved with loading full bundles of tubing. Self feeding--the machine loads a tube, measures length, updates the program based on that length, checks the tube for twist, finds the weld seam, cuts the parts, and off loads the finished parts while simultaneously loading and measuring the next tube. Reductions in downstream assembly costs are achieved by laser cutting components with tighter tolerances than conventional methods, providing better fit up, and easier and faster assembly. We can provide almost any configuration of holes, slots, notches or joints including the designing of tabs and slots for your tubes to help fixture them for welding.

Either a simple cut tube with a single hole, or complex cutouts with 100s of holes, MBI can supply and process your round, square, rectangular or special shaped tubes with exceptional quality while saving you money.

o yeah... that's no problem at all... we can go all the way down to .010" thick with oxy... and then use nitrogen with we cut material that's less than .010" down to .001" thick.
