A short video on cooking a healthy omelet.

Ingredients:
1 c broccoli,
1/2 c green pepper,
1/2 c red onion,
1/2 c egg substitute (eqv. to 2 eggs),
1 egg,
1/4 c red pepper,
1/8 c chicken broth,
1 tsp olive oil,
1 clove garlic,
basil, black pepper, and sea salt.

  • Thanks so much for this recipe, you have a fry pan, mine was supposed to be non-stick, but each time I use egg substitute it does not turn out to be as nice as your video shows unless I put in a lot of oil. I see that the veggies left a bit of liquid on the pan after you've cooked them for a bit and you poured in the egg sub there after without adding extra oiI. I'll try that next time. Tks for this recipe.!!

    I know I do. I usually get irritated. But this time I didn't even care(actually in the beginning I did a bit). your video sir was that good :)
