  • 15 to 1 ratio is way to low and it seems to smoke alow on that ratio most of the johnsons and evinrude run 24.1 or it is eazyer to just use 25.1 ratio which is 6oz of oilt to 1 gal of gas

  • @biggdaddy2001 I use 16:1 in all my motors, I do that so I only have to use one tank plus this particular motor requires 16:1 as it has an all bushing powerhead with no needle bearings. I also go by the thought that oil is cheaper than buying major engine parts such as crankshafts, conrods, rings, pistons, and blocks.

  • Wish mine ran that nice!

  • @fleetwin1 Thanks buddy

  • I gotta get busy on the James Bond boat pretty soon !

  • @cisjohn2616 can't wait to see it in action!
