After an otherwise peaceful day shouts led us to see these scenes, while I'm unawares of what may have lead to this incident occurring (others may be), the arrest of the second man was completely unprovoked and the force used against him was unnecessary. I noted at least one headlock and several pins that were not warranted given the situation and number of officers involved.
