Most Chinese internal arts have one or more versions of Fa Jing and Tai Chi Fa Jing training is a body of study within Tai Chi.

Basic Fa Jing issuing of power or energy requires proper mechanical and physical principles to work. This includes but is not limited to a very proper connected alignment through the body of the practitioner. Proper alignment begins with the Wu Chi standing posture and continues to be practiced when the Tai Chi practitioner performs the Tai Chi moves. If there is a break in the physical or energetic structure of the Tai Chi practitioner then it is highly unlikely that Fa Jing can be issued.

  • If you don't mind sharing, do you know the name of the particular form of Jin you are using? We are just learning about engaging the fascia system within the body to create this sort of "hydraulic pulse wave" through the body, and we want to train our eyes to know what types we are seeing.

Can you help with that? Thanks!

    :o)

  • @BasicGo There are a few different methods of Fa Jing on this video. Sigung Clear is mostly using Peng and a little Ji here and there to produce the fa jing. Also there is a bit of compression being used. I hope this helps.

  • with due respect, lets see u fight someone who knows muay thai or an MMA fighter...i cant believe this video untill then

  • We love to play with Thai Boxers and MMA Fighters but they usually don't fair any better than anyone else. We are friendly and our door is always open. Come feel for yourself.

  • @kuntaosilat thanks for the reply, why dont you post a video of how well you do against a real muaythai fighter, sorry i cant believe this untill i see it

  • @anubhav170384 If you would like to experience our art for yourself then come visit. If not then don't. The choice is yours.

Also, we will be in several major cities in the coming year offering free and low cost workshops where folks can experience Tai Chi first hand. Keep an eye on our Tai Chi website for news & updates.

  • I experienced first-hand many of the advanced Jing skills highlighted in the video compilation. Like many before me - I quickly realised that this is the real deal. Sigung Clear is both a a master caliber martial artist and an exceptional teacher. He is well worth a visit.

  • Is it awkward doing a technique with muscular force instead of fa jing after cultivating the ability to fa jing?

  • @kuntaosilat This is deffinately a late response to this but, have you done your workshops yet? If not is there any word on when you might?

  • @anubhav170384 dude youre kinda being a bigot here

  • @anubhav170384 1st of all..mixed martial arts is made up of "any" art that contains fighting or defense techniques...tai chi..qi Gong..Xing Yi and so on are a part of that group..internal arts do not rely on massive muscle strength..it is using the entire body to concentrate its power and weight into on point..internal energy takes alot more time to become efficient in than external..simply do to the "chi developing" process..but in longer term..internal is far more powerful than an external art
