Does Matt only use the pick and the second finger? Or does he use the second and third fingers to chicken pick?

Hi! First I want to thank you for this great lessons, I'm taking my first steps in chicken picking, I'm really into it. I'm a little confused about the picking part, when moving up between strings. Do you use alternate picking with the pick along with middle finger? Thanks again! great job!

@augustolp1 From Matt -- Thanks for the kind words and I'm glad to hear your enjoying the lessons!
Yes I am alternating pick and finger in that lick for lesson 2. My basic rule with open string runs is pick on the fatter string and 2nd finger on the thinner string. For example if you are using the pick on the B string, use the 2nd finger on the high E string.
