  • I eat better than these guys though. The food shown here is lousy. Spices and herbs are the key.

  • Humans are great at adapting.

6 meals should be VERY small each.

You can squeeze those in at almost any time.

  • Can i get drunk on the free day? :)

  • A famous German doctor advised to give the stomach a rest. It is better to have only 3 meals a day and to reduce proteins (we eat too many anyway!). It is important so that many diseases can be avoided.

  • I found this to be a fantastic program....! I did it before my honeymoon and looked HOT lol lol lol. that was then :D

I agree just make sure that each meal is balanced and has fruits, veg, protein, some carb, and a bit of good fat and you should be fine, but im no expert.

not true actually, if you look you could find "scientific" evidence that any nutrition plan works, including the two big meals.

Personally the only plan that makes sense to me, is one that gives you all the nutrients you need (Body for life is one of them). Doesn't matter if you get them in two meals or 10.

  • I followed this plan with running as fast as i could for 20 minutes 6 days a week and I drop 30 pounds in 3 months. But then I got lazy and and decided to eat what ever I wanted so here I am again 30 pounds heavier.

  • Ha! I followed the body for life plan after I had weighed myself and found out I was 12 and a half stone - which put my BMI at 25. Just about to hit 'overweight'.

I started in end of Nov last year and by mid-Jan I weighed myself for only the second time. I was aiming to hit 11 and a half stone but I'd actually plummeted to 10 and a half lol Metabolism had gone into overdrive. Oops!

Back up to 11 n a half now thankfully.

Excellent eating program when mixed with exercise. :)

  • Great suggestions !!

  • As long as you don't tell your body that you are eating donuts and ice cream, it is ok.
