Deoghar Rural Development Ways

This video was taken in a rural area near Simarjor ,near Gormara ,Deoghar district Jharkhand India. Where soil erosion is going on from years from the hills near it ,here you can see 35-40 fits deep holes and mini rainy ravers this video is brought to your knowledge to explain the great advantages of making a dam at that place ...which will provide calculated amount of water to the farmers to grow crops thrice a year ,which can provide a stable employment to the villagers as a fishery farm ,and can also produce electricity for the irrigation works for the villagers who haven't seen any electricity in there village since 20 years . this video is taken and relished by a group known as White-Waves(http://whitewaves.in) who are planing to construct a NGO to develop the rural areas of Jharkhand
