Lourdes and Bryan are a group of young, proactive, and conscious human beings with different backgrounds and beliefs, ready to create deeper understanding on social issues through the visual arts. They raise the level of insight, provoke thought and reflection, and create constructive dialogue in order to collectively advance the discovery of solutions by learning from different viewpoints.

Do you have another video or a handout on the seven tips in practice-the the"how to do it" or the "this is what this tip looks, feel, sounds like" type of information. If yes, can you please share that too. If not, please consider doing a video that shares more in-depth embracing humanity practices.
