2100 Rose: you are right, the 4stud is size 7 and up. If you check with the Scholl stockist here in the uk, you will find that the flat version is indeed unisex. However be aware that they are not quite as comfortable as the heel version.

@clogspantyhose Oh indeed they would be , after all this style is only meant for women which is a pity . I have heard it siad that like the flats [a pair of which I have] thease ought to be unisex as they are more comfortable . Sadly not that case and as it goes the lagrest women's size here in the UK workes out mens 8&1/2 while the slightly larger size in availble in the USA works out mens size nine . Basically just making coneverstion . Will talk Shcoll anytime .

@2100Rose That's what I said womens US 10 or 11. I didn't say mens. I said the Dr. Scholl's exercise sandals have 4 studs on sizes 10 and 11. Sizes 5 through 9 have only 3. I know those exercise sandals, and that's what I meant. Not that they're mens size. The ones in the video are 10 or 11 woman's size.

@clogspantyhose We are obviously talking women's USA sizes here . Looking it up once they go up to 11 though forget now what that works out in womens UK size though I do know a couple of things . 11 USA women's is 9 men's UK and in the USA the size does work out a bit bigger the the UK women's size 8 which is the biggest here .

Big feet. 4 studs on Dr. Scholl's instead of 3 means size 10 or 11, 40 or 41.
