I didnt know Rick did this docu? He is my generation, we who loved the pirates and knew authority was talking bilge.. If not for Caroline and London etc.. the BBC wouldnt have been forced into making Radios 1-2-3-4 and commercial radio may have taken longer, YES., we owe.... not good for any one company to have a monopoly, or the government behind it.
