"Lufthansa is a great airliner. BUT: they should invest a bit more in training their crew to be more friendly. Lately I've been flying with Qatar, Thai, Gulf Air, Turkish and Emirates (and a few more) and there is day and night difference. Maybe because the Lufthansa crew is older (in age) they forgot the words SMILE. (said by a Frequent Flyer member of Lufthansa)"

experienced the same and it doesn`t matter if you are in C or F. But their groundstaff in frankfurt and munich is worse!

@hotelhotel111 seriously? i fly with LH ..i mean if i fly..i never had any problem at all...they r friendly..honestly...and they speak english very well..i have to say..i love them..and of course i love Thaiairways as well..but the rest i don´t choose to fly with them..no..only LH and Thai
