The song to me has gotten me through so much. I was a victim of childabuse and although the years passed, I continued on with a fake smile and increasing bitterness for the world. I can't say I'm perfect, but this song has helped me 'Arise' out of that negative thinking, and given me the ability to get over my past issues and greet each day as a blessing. <3
