lapses on overcast days

I wanted to try some more of the time-lapse functions with my DSR PD-150 and Datavideo DN-60 recorder, which is what I set the lapse settings on. Shot at slow shutter speeds so I could get a wide DoF, but not sure if I had much success on the porch.
Both of these videos were shot at different times of the day, but they both grow darker. Overcast skies don't give you cool shadows either. An exercise in technique, more than 'beauty'.
