This is an instructional video on how to record using Screwlab Pro Platinum with Windows XP. The soundcard used is a SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio. Each soundcard will have different options so yours may be different. Look for "Stereo out" or What you hear" to get the best recordings.
The song in the video is Forever by Drake featuring Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Eminem from the "More than a Game Album".
