Very symbolical scene. Coco and Faustino are like mass media, CNN, FOX, NBC, etc. They have nothing meaningful to say, yet, being loud and sitting on a high branch, they speak from the position of authority. Helen is the voice of public. No matter how loud she yells, she can't be heard because of the monkey racket.
