Problems come and go... looking for the answer to the seemingly electrical problems in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Sometimes stalls within 15 seconds of starting up. If lights are turned on, gauges turn off. AC on other things turn off. Lights go dim.. the list goes on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
im having some of the same issues. have we found a definite fix yet?

My 2001 has had a ton of electrical issues. I had the headlights and tailights flash on and off at will while just parked in the driveway. Another time I had the passenger side mirror moving on its on while sitting in the driveway. The switches for the windows burn out. I have had the normal ac blower relay burn and the tail light connection burn. My stereo and drivers side heated seat went out. Drives great thought... bahahahaha

@hrlychic58 its been 7 months now but if still not fixed. You have to replace the whole tail light. But keep the plugs and bulbs. If you take out the plugs then look at where they seat on the tail light , you'll see that it's melted down to the point where it can't get a good connection.

It may sound stupid but have you checked the ground wire or battery cables? My bf has put a ton of money in his cherokee only to find out later that its something really simple. These vehicles are nutorious for electriccal problems.

You Problem sounds a bit tricky to figure, if you get a code reader that should tell you a code error number. just a side question anyone know in which direction do jeep hub nuts turn. anti clockwise or clockwise very stubborn wont move at all. Thanks and good luck
