  • hey man if u can evaluate your genetics what type do you have: bad, average, good, or gifted?

  • @simobgbgbg between bad and average. had no muscular structure whatsoever (as u can tell by looking at the parts i didn't train --legs, traps, lats, triceps etc), and am a pure endomorph when it comes to body fat and carb sensitivity.

  • good vids if you'v got time or even nearer the time post a vid just before u cut. av not tried it before and it will be easier with some guidence. you know how it is keep the vids up lol

  • @Nickp5954 i used to do that in my late high school years. it's good for giving structure and definition to your chest, as well as strength, but not adding mass. it's still good though.

  • @WorkoutsAndReviews no not yet. workout until you reach an enduring plateau in your growth, then take creatine.

  • @TheeUnstoppableOne for chest, first 2 sets are usually 8-12 on moderate weight, last 2 sets are usually really heavy if a spotter is present, 6-8. but sometimes if my diet is bad (not enough carbs that day) i get stuck at 4 reps. but i focus on the 6-8 region on working sets. triceps depends on the exercise...either 6-8 or 10-12
