The U.S. Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice was photographed recently with the new Canadian Foreign Minister Maxime Bernier.
Condi seemed to look a bit down and I wondered if perhaps she was pining a bit for the former Canadian Minister Peter MacKay? Remembering how well they got on in Condi's visit with Peter to Nova Scotia.
MacKay it seems was moved in a recent Cabinet reshuffle to Defence. See -

Well maybe that wasn't it, but I am highly tuned to Condi's moods and something was bothering her I am sure, but anyway, I was inspired by that fancy to produce this music video, set to the ABBA hit S.O.S.
