Dancing on the Nile Part 2

What we call Belly Dance is based on the dance of the ordinary Egyptian people. Men and women, young and old, the dance reflects the character of the people. It is very much an emotional expression through movement.

The Egyptian people, are by nature very social, friendly and fun loving. Even if they lack material wealth, they will make every effort to enjoy life, whether it be something as simple as starting a conversation, telling a joke, or dancing. I thought that this girl was so adorable and her love of life and the moment were the perfect expression of this. I hope watching her brings you the same love of life and joy that it gave me.
