@MadBrainiac just what I told you in the other video, you need to remove the BT adapter.
For that, you: - turn off the car and leave it for 5 minutes - remove the BT adapter - turn the car on - repeat but this time, add the BT adapter.

thank you for your quick reply. I have a Citroen C4 with Gateway Five but I have had serious issues getting the BT phone menu to open up. Did you had to do anything extra to get the phone menu to show up on the system?
