  • I usually do these with light weights because of a bad knee. It's a really good exercise. Keeps things high and tight.

  • your cardio should be 45 minutes to an hour to really burn the fat not 15 minutes

  • @yanieboo2 You would be surprised that it does. I know it worked for me. Of course I ate foods that help with building the butt. I found pumpkin to be the best in building a larger butt. Adding weights may help but not with this exercise. Of course each person is different. I personally didn't carry the weights with my arms, since for me I'll build more arm muscles. However, doing leg lifts using weights (just lift weights using butt) I found to help a lot with building a bigger butt.

  • Hmm... I had big arms and shoulders without taking steroids, so I had to skip the weights. :/ Trust me.. I gain muscles at my upper body with just doing push ups. *sighs* That's why I avoid all exercises dealing with the arms... not worth looking like a linebacker sorry. Anyways this exercise helped a lot in making my butt appear bigger. It gave me that Brazilian lift without too much effort and without breaking the bank. Thanks.
