  • not to talk shit or anything, but you can work on your form... It looks like you try to use your strength too much and give up the proper technique to the lifts. I saw it mainly in the axe clean jerk and the lift after that.

  • yeah i know. i only had like a few hours of training for the competition but ive been going back to train more often and ive found better ways to get the weight up according to my strengths

  • for everyone preaching form, this is a strongman event, when it get's down to it form goes out the window.
